The first rally of this car was Rally Mexico 2006. The final result there was 8th place. In Argentina finished 10th. First podium came in Rally Japan 2006. Marcus Grönholm and Timo Rautiainen were fastest on 15 stages, but finished 5,6s behind Loeb after they slid off the road on day two. They made amends on Rally GB by taking overall victory. The first win for Ford there since 1979, which meant Grönholm became the most successful Finnish rally driver. For season 2007 this car was used by Henning Solberg with the orange livery. Best result for him were 5th place in Argentina and 5th place in Finland. From 2008 was the car used in England where it took several victories in local championships. The last active rally team that used the car for rallying was Breen Motorsport and the car was driven by Ray Breen - the father of Craig Breen.
