2007 Subaru Impreza S12B WRC

The car with registration JT56 SRT was built by Prodrive for the 2007 WRC season and factory Subaru driver Petter Solberg. The Solberg-Mills crew competed in four tarmac rallies with it in 2007, finishing 6th in Germany and Spain, and 5th in France and Ireland. The car continued into the 2008 season in gravel specification. Chris Atkinson and Stéphane Prévot drove it in two events, finishing 2nd overall in both Argentina and Mexico. Its final race for the factory team was the Rally d'Italia Sardegna, again with Solberg at the wheel, resulting in a 10th-place finish. Starting with the Acropolis Rally in Greece, Subaru introduced the new S14 model—which is also part of the Invelt collection—and subsequently left the WRC championship at the end of the season. Prodrive prepared the car for sale, and it was sold to Korda Racing in Hungary. In 2009, the Turi-Tóth crew crashed the car; it was completely wrecked, yet miraculously, the crew escaped without serious injuries. The car was fully rebuilt by Prodrive and sold to France, where it was driven by Eric Brunson. In 2014, it moved to the British Isles. In 2015, the Weston-Riddick crew won the BTRDA Gold Star championship—a British gravel rally series—with the car. It is part of the Invelt collection since 2019.
